RAZER NABU - DATA COLLECTION POLICY

- Razer Inc. (“Razer”, “our”, “us” or “we”) provides this Nabu Data Collection Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal and other information in relation to your use of this Nabu Utility application (“App”).
We update this Nabu Data Collection Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Nabu Data Collection Policy on the relevant section of the App. Changes take effect immediately upon such posting. You are advised to consult this Nabu Data Collection Policy regularly for any changes. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this Nabu Data Collection Policy.
For clarity, all collection, use and disclosure of information under this Nabu Data Collection Policy shall also be subject to Razer’s privacy policy located at http://www.razer.com/legal/customer-privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”)(as modified from time to time). In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Nabu Data Collection Policy and the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Nabu Data Collection Policy shall prevail. - TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information (non-exhaustive) in relation to your use of the App:
(i) Data related to your profile: first and last name, display picture, e-mail (not disclosed to third parties), handphone number (not disclosed to third parties), Razer Comms ID, personal fitness goals and display nickname (“Profile Data”).
(ii) Bio data: age, height, sex and weight (“Bio Data”).
(iii) Fitness data: steps taken, distance walked, calories burnt, active time accumulated and sleep tracking information (“Fitness Data”).
(iv) Information in relation to a “handshake”: when the “handshake” was done, with whom the “handshake” was done and GPS location of “handshake” (future) (“Handshake Data”).
(v) Information in relation to “pulse”: the time at which two users pass each other, estimated distance walked and GPS location of two users passing each other (future)(“Pulse Data”). - WHERE THE INFORMATION IS STORED
The information collected will be stored in the following manner:
(i) If there is no Bluetooth connection to the mobile phone: on the Nabu band.
(ii) If there is Bluetooth connection to the mobile phone but no Internet connection to our server: in the App.
(iii) If there is Bluetooth connection to the mobile phone and Internet connection to our server: on our server. - HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
We will use/disclose the information collected in the following manner:
(i) For Profile Data and Bio Data, we will disclose such information to third party applications that you have linked up with through the App (“Third Party Apps”). By linking the App to any Third Party Apps, you consent to the disclosure of data as described below. If you do not wish to allow such disclosure, then do not link your App to any Third Party Apps.
(ii) For Fitness Data, we will disclose such information to Third Party Apps that have requested for such information.
(iii) For Handshake Data, we will disclose such information to the Nabu user you made a “handshake” with. At default settings, such disclosure will not be made. To use this function, you will have to manually enable it under “Social Settings”.
(iv) For Pulse Data, we will disclose such information to: (a) the Nabu user in your close proximity who has requested for such information; (b) Third Party Applications which have requested for your location (future). At default settings, such disclosure will not be made. To use this function, you will have to manually enable it under “Social Settings”.
