- Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd., together with other members of its group (Razer, we/us/our), will collect and use information about you in the course of your interactions with us, such as your name and contact details and how you use our products and services. Please familiarise yourself with this policy and check it from time to time for updates as it supplements this notice.
- From your usage of the Razer Phone, Razer collects the following data:
- Razer ID
- Recovery email
- Personal information such as Avatar, About Me, Name, Country, Gender, Date of Birth, and addresses for billing and shipping
- Authentication information such as email address and social sign-in tokens from respective platforms
- Hashed version of user passwords. We do not store actual user passwords on our database.
- Mobile phone number (for Two Factor Authentication or TFA)
- Users’ preferences such as language, preferred notifications and newsletter methods
- Warranty registration information
- User activity data, device information, IP address and Cookie data which help us improve overall user experience
- We would like to use this notice to draw your attention specifically to a number of ways in which we process your personal data.
- Purposes of use: (i) to process any orders you might have placed with us and to provide the requested products or services; (ii) to improve our products and services; (iii) to monitor service delivery and respond to queries to ensure service quality, compliance with procedures and to combat fraud; (iv) to inform you of changes; (v) to reorganise or make changes to our business; (vi) in connection with legal or regulatory obligations; and (vii) to understand what your usage patterns and preferences are so that our marketing is relevant to you.

- Transmitting data to and from Razer using HTTPS in which data is encrypted through Transport Layer Security
- Only storing the hashed password on the Razer database
