RECYCLE WITH RAZER - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Users are entitled to a voucher worth USD10 for every used Razer product (On a per product basis) recycled at a RazerStore. Where applicable, USD10 value will be converted to local currency based on the RazerStore’s location and will be subject to prevailing exchange rates and may be changed at Razer’s discretion.
   
2. Razer products which are of a non-electronic nature will not be eligible for recycling. The list of Razer products which are ineligible for recycling include but not shall not be limited to:
   1. i) Gears and apparels
   2. ii) Mouse mats
   3. iii) Surgical / Cloth Masks
   4. iv) Chairs
   5. v) RESPAWN
      The list of ineligible products listed above is not exhaustive and may be amended at any time during the campaign period. and Razer shall have the absolute right and discretion in determining the eligibility of any Razer product intended to be recycled.
      
3. Notwithstanding the list of ineligible products set out above, Razer may also, in its absolute discretion, reject any eligible product for recycling as it deems fit.
   
4. Vouchers may only be strictly redeemed in RazerStores and such vouchers may only be used at the same RazerStore, from where the voucher was issued.
   
5. Vouchers are valid for a period of 30 days only from the date of issuance. Extensions of a voucher’s validity period will not be permitted under any circumstances whatsoever.
   
6. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
7. Vouchers must be fully utilized in a single transaction in store and any unconsumed/remaining value of the voucher will be forfeited. Such unconsumed and/or forfeited value of the voucher shall not be refunded/compensated to the user.
   
8. Vouchers may be utilized together with any other in-store promotion, product discount and/or Razer Gift Card.
   
9. Vouchers are stackable up to a maximum of 10 vouchers for use in each single transaction.
   
10. Razer reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend or terminate any vouchers which Razer deems, at its absolute discretion, to be fraudulent, a counterfeit or an abuse of the Razer product recycling campaign.
    
11. Razer reserves the absolute right to vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
    
12. Razer shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, compensation, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with the use of this voucher.
    
13. All other terms and conditions shall apply.
